“Please use the County Council Report It system to log all defects.

When you report defects please ensure that you put the exact location, I find using What3Words works best and once you have the location and a picture of the defect you can log at your leisure. Also please everyone log as many as you can, the more people who log a defect the better!

Then after it has been logged, you will receive a reference number, if you are unhappy with the response or it has been a while and you would like the issue to be chased, please email me at charlotte.kelly@staffordshire.gov.uk with the reference number and details of the issue raised. “
